Today I am going to pop back to a fabulous day in May.  I was thrilled to be invited by my very sweet and thoughtful friend, Ricki Ring, to join her at a luncheon hosted by the Blue Ribbon for Her Serene Highness, Princess Charlene of Monaco!  Princess Charlene discussed her life in the palace.  She was an Olympic swimmer who met Prince Albert when he presented her with a swimming prize.  She was in Los Angeles promoting The Princess Charlene Foundation which encourages water safety, drowning prevention, and swim safety for adults and children.  Though in many ways her life seems like a fairy tale, she remains the epitome of  down to earth gracious elegance.
