A few years ago, while shopping for resort wear in Capri, I discovered the most exquisite beach hat I had ever seen.  I had to have it!  The owner of the store explained that it was designed by a young fashion designer from Rome,  Gemma Del Vecchio.  Gemma has a home on Capri and we made arrangements to meet.  Gemma, who is only 30 years old, is already well on her way to becoming a star in the world...
